What is this store's delivery policy

Most orders will be shipped the next day after I have received payment. You will receive a confirmation email when I dispatch your item.

Shipping is calculated on a piece by piece basis and it depends on the size of the print and the method of shipping.

I will pack your item very carefully and securely but I can take no responsibility for the item once it is in the hands of the postman. 

I ship most items via first class mail. However, as this service does not include tracking, If you wish to know the whereabouts of your item, please send me a message with your order to arrange for trackable delivery at your expense.

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

In most circumstances I will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition when I receive them. You are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be issued via Stripe, less shipping, only when I receive the item. If you desire an exchange please contact me so we can work out the details. I understand that all situations are unique and will endeavor to examine each on a case by case basis. As always, please contact me if you have any questions.

I have done my best to describe and photograph my prints as they are in real life. However, I can not be held responsible for monitor resolutions and their colour gamut. Please take note that I ink and print by hand, therefore there may be slight variations between prints.

Items that were lost during transit or damaged due to bad handling by the postal service, cannot be replaced.

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the Uk?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

 

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

My store's checkout process is powered by Stripe one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, my store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
